That time y’all met Sav.

Hello, all!

It’s me, Sav, your friendly neighborhood queer Editor who has been working with Linda since she started her venture here at Substack.

Due to several now-chronic medical issues, a pesky ongoing lawsuit, and general lack of interest in deadlines, Linda has found it troublesome to keep a strict schedule here at Substack. Luckily, I love schedules, especially the strict ones, though I also find deadlines to be an intriguing way to dare the universe to hold still (to varying success over the years.) Ms. Tirado and a few of her cohorts are gearing up for an adventurous May and I will be taking over the scheduling, management, and curation of The Rail while they chase their current stories. (Possibly Linda herself will do some of that, but I make absolutely no promises.) I want to meet every single one of you and rise up to the honor of sharing Linda’s upcoming adventures in real time. I cannot wait to see where this journey takes us.
